OMG! This is a good one! And you thought someone bringing their kids was a problem?
My best friend and MOH just told me that one of our friends wants to know if she can bring her dog to the wedding?
I know this girl so I know how attached she gets with her pets. I told my MOH that I will ask the reception hall on Sunday.

Would he count as her guest and would you have to pay for a plate for him?

Re: OMG! This is a good one! And you thought someone bringing their kids was a problem?
My reply would be absolutely not. I love dogs too, but there are certain times when pets stay home, unless the woman needs a seeing eye dog.....I hope your hall says no if you ask. People need to know where to draw the line....
That aggravates me how some people are so presumptuous....

I'm sure the hall will say no & then you can tell her that & you wont' look bad,m b/c it is the hall's rule, what can you do?

Just tell her that the hall said it would be a health code violation and they can't allow it unless it's a medically necessary companion like a seeing eye dog. What a strange request!

Re: OMG! This is a good one! And you thought someone bringing their kids was a problem?
That really is hysterical! I am at work and laughed out loud when I read that!!
I just told my MOH, and she told me she was at her husband's uncle's 70th b-day party a while back and a guest brought their dog, and carried it around in one of those baby carrier things that you wear like a backpac! She said it was nasty b/c it was hot and the dog was slobbering everywhere!!!
What are these people thinking?!?!

Where is the strange alternate universe where such requests are considered normal? What is wrong with people? Are they completely delusional? These are the same people who are in thier own little world and feel no stress... they will probably live until 100 because they are oblivious.
Sorry but people are gettting weirder by the day.
