i thought the same thing because we have our 3rd deposit due this month to the hall and i wanted to book a dj and florist this month but i decided im waiting until march for that.

its no joke, were so broke... we havent seen our friends since our engagement party back in august,, they keep calling to go out, but the little money we have after our regular bills goes to the wedding...... agggghhhh

I get carried away -- I look at this, I look at that, I call this one, I call that one. Then I go... ooohhh, I have to give you a deposit? But I am SOOOO cute? Don't you trust me?

FH and I decided that I will present to him 3 of each vendors, I will take the day off and visit them in one shot. We will discuss, decide and then book. The first one is the photog.

Hmmm...but I really want to do flowers!! WAAHHHHH....

I am in the same boat! I am looking and making decisions on the vendors I want, so when I am ready to book, we can just book and not have to go thru the 'interviewing' process!

We actually have some money...just having a hard time parting with it.
Im not trying to gloat about having the money...believe me!
We were trying to make sure we had the hall portion put away 1st and then the rest for vendors but so far, not happening.
Who knows, this weekend I meet Wild Rose
and working on the DJ.
Then I know we will be back to a break before we go booking anything else.

my fsil used them for video, she said there really good, but its now feb, her wedding was in april 04 and still hasnt got her video.

I did the same thing. FH and I would laugh actually when they tell you okay Im gonna walk away for a minute and you think about whether you want to leave a deposit tonight I figure you can walk away forever it wont matter I cant write you a check tonight. I just figure that once we have the money it's just a question of going to the vendor we deceided on an leaving a deposit. It also seems to be an advantage of making a rash decision since I fall for almost every vendor. Consider yourself lucky and keeping looking.

I've been putting money into savings from each paycheck so I will have money for deposits. Its gonna be hard to give that money up though, its nice seeing money in my savings account.. . ahhhh. what can you do when everything is so
