I don't know anyone in Suffolk, however, Anne-Rose from celebratetravel.com is very knowledgeable about Hawaii (she is an e-based business in California and travels to Hawaii at least once a month). We didn't wind up booking with her because we saved money doing everything on our own, however, it may be worth it for you to contact her to get some ideas about your trip. Also, check the Revealed Books...they have one for each Hawaiian island and tripadvisor.com helped us decided which hotels we wanted to stay at. Good luck!
