vday/anniversary gift...inexpensive ideas please enter!
i need something for this weekend for our anniversary. we both dont want to spend money, we are going out to dinner, but i want to give him something too.
it also cant be taking him somewhere because we dont have much free time this wekend either.
i was thinking of doing something i did for our first anniversary together as a dating couple, i made a collage of words pertaining to us. is that cheesy or sentimental? he LOVED it the first time. any other ideas? thanks ladies!

One of the ideas I had but never got around to was buying one of thse frames that holds several pics in differnet sizes (I got a really pretty one for $8 at fortunoff) and putting pics of us throughout the years in it.
That's pretty inexpensiver and if he liked the word he'll love that
OR if he relaly likes that kind of stuff, maybe start a scrapbook with a page or two of words and pictures and you can keep adding to it through the years
EYA: maybe make one page the early years, another about your first year of marriage and then the rest will be filled somday with your future You can also incorporate a love letter.
ALSO first year is PAPER so it works out

I posted on one of the other VDay gift threads but he's getting bite sized Mounds & a Mickey Mouse chapstick in a takeout container that's decorated with hearts. And he'll be fine with it.
I'll be fine with a WIFE card ... anything else no matter how small or inexpensive is gravy as far as I'm concerned.
