I love Newlyweds and why I think I'm related to Jessica Simpson....

Okay, so Newlyweds is my absolute favorite show on MTV, I can't get enough of Nick and Jess and all the silliness they share with us once a week! So last night as DH and I are watching the part when tey are wating in teh dentists office and Nick starts talking and Jess pulls out a Blackberry and totally is not listning to a word he says. As usual - DH points out that I do the same exact thing and teased me that he was going to ask if she had a long lost sister or something..

Fast forward to this morning, the day after Newlyweds... I think I subconsciously absorb Jessica Simpson's spazzy ways every time I watch the show, because we're driving down Newbridge Road to the train station this mornign and I noticed a new sign in front of the car wash we pass every day. It said 'FRIDAYS - open until 9:00!!' and without even thinking I blurted out 'Oh!! They're opening a TGI Fridays!' DH almost drove the car off the road laughing at me - then he just kinda shook his head and said 'No more Newlyweds for you!' Happy Friday everyone!

Omg that's too funny. that is something I would do also and I also can relate to them not listening to each other or remember when nick told jessica, to leave him alone and go watch lifetime, that is something that my husband has done for sure. Men and their weird ways.

Yeah, she's cute but I can't believe she kept on eating all that sugar after she almost lost a tooth!!!
DH will take out his Sidekick when I'm talking to him too, so that made me mad when Jessica did it to Nick

And is it me, or do Nick and Jessica seem more like friends than a married couple? They really seem to get on each others' nerves a lot.
