What did you write on the Note/ letter/ greeting that you put in the bag? we wanted ot write a nice welcoming/ thank you note for the guests staying at the hotel, and put it in the bag with the rest of the stuff... but with 9 days left, my brain just got up and walked out on me


any Ideas/ pictures of what you wrote?

We just wanted to thank you all for coming and sharing in this incredible day with us. This day would not be complete without our family and friends bearing witness to one of the greatest days of our lives and we are honored by your presence.

It could be something like that or

We made a little bag,
completely full of treats,
whether your mouth gets dry and thirsty,
or you're in the mood for some sweets.
Its just a small token
full of our love, hugs and kisses,
to thank you for the trip you've made (or to thank you for coming here)
to see the new Mr. and Mrs.

Sorry so cheesy, I just kind of made that up in my head

Yea!! That was mine!!

We made up our own OOT Bag poem - it might not work for you because they are local and it's for a halloween theme, but maybe you can get some ideas from it:


We know you've come from far and wide
to share the joy of groom and bride.

And since you've come from far away,
we want to thank you on this day.

we thought that we would welcome you.

In this bag you'll find no tricks,
but things to help you in a fix.

Now I feel like a heel. I just said
'Thanks for being a part of our special day. You mean so much to us' and the gave them directions on the bus we're providing and the brunch in the morning.
