How far in advance should I do the food tasting?

I think Victoria told me that the food tasting is done like 2 months before the date.

I did mine already. BUT that was because I wanted to see what the hall looked like at the same time of year, so we did it basically a year to the day before the wedding.

I LOVE the Riviera....It is gorgeous!And I have heard so many great things about it....here is a cute detail for all my other Riviera girls...
My Aunt got married at the Riviera on September 25th (I am September 24th) and it will be her 26th wedding anniversary the day after my wedding!

i did my food tasting before i booked i wouldnt have it any other way and i was not disapoointed!

I would say a month or two ahead of time. We only did a small tasting since we rushed and changed our date so fast, but we were not disappointed in what we did try. I can tell you, people raved about everything they had!

When we went to pick our menu (6 weeks prior to the wedding) there was another wedding going on and we tasted a whole bunch of stuff.The baked clams were AMAZING!!!
