My first Photographer Visit

Hi ladies,

So I'm actually moving my but and meeting with Duet today. I was hoping to make a bunch of appts. today but it turns out that most of them are closed on Sundays. Anyway, at least I've got one appt. Wish me luck!

Oh, we absolutely loved Duet. Their package really does include so much. I'll post the prices in a little bit. We're going to see Queens Bridal, Silverfox, 12th Night, and possibly Patken, but FH and I both loved their work. The only bad part is the language barrier as the owner doesn't speak English all that well, but he was trying. Their work and their experience speaks for itself though.

I'm going to go to the one in Maspeth. They have 3 offices but it doesn't matter which one you contract with, so I'll keep it close to home. In fact, we're going to try to go this week since we can easily go after work and not have to wait until a weekend like I do with the LI offices.

I'd also be interested to see how Silver Fox goes and how they price. I saw their web site, and liked the style, but don't know of anyone who has used them. With so many friends who are married/getting married, I'm trying to go off recommendations only.

I'm going to be making appointents with photographers for next week. Duet is the first on the list. Did their prices go up a lot from last year?

Duet was just under $5K for their upgraded package and under $4K for their standard. It's a little confusing because the list he sent us home with is not the same pricing structure he went over with us at the studio. In any case, I'll post on another thread so everyone can see.
