I'm done whining...so how was everyone's weekend? Productive?

My best friend booked East Wind (estate) for 7/4/06. Exciting! Went to the showcase today and loved it...

FH and I had an early Vday celebration on Friday- had an awesome dinner at Tony's di Napoli in Times Square (SOOOO good! highly recommended!) and saw Movin' Out - we both LOVED it!

The best part was that the sax player in the show (he is so awesome) graduated from our high school - when he came out of the stage door, we mentioned the school, and he asked us to join him and the cast at the bar! We had a drink with the cast...very cool! (I did get blisters though - we were walking all night! ouch!!!)

FH gave me a GORGEOUS diamond/sapphire heart pendant for my birthday on Sat, I love it so much, he has amazing taste!

How was everyone else's weekend?

Sounds like you had an amazing weekend!

My weekend was too short. FI worked Friday night, we had a baby shower on Saturday and then went out to dinner with friends and I worked all day today. I am looking forward to next weekend. We are having a party and I get a 3 day weekenD!!

ooooo gotta love 3 day weekends!!!

FH has off next Monday too (teacher) and I don't work Mondays either...SO looking forward to a 3day weekend!!

I felt like LAST weekend was just too short - I never really caught up! I had sooo much schoolwork to do, and we had a superbowl party...I was tired all week! I'm such a baby..

We got more engagement presents this past weekend! We got all of our everyday dinnerware. FMIL is so good to us! We keep getting all of these presents sporadically, I guess b/c we are not having an official engagement party.

The problem is where to store all of these gifts???

Oh my goodness... I have the same problem. We got a bunch right after we got engaged and now after the party, we have more! No room and I've been storing them under my desk at home.

I actually organized that all weekend, did Thank You Cards, completed usual weekend activities, and went to my friend's food tasting at the Vanderbilt - where I met the owner of Energy DJ - he was great. But the food was yum! Oh, and I also spoke to Thomas Paul Photog. and went to see Patken. If you see BHB board, I'm conflicted right now on what I want out of a photographer.

FH & I did no wedding planning this weekend..we celebrated Valentine's day on Saturday in the city...We went to the Wax Museum & then dinner at La Rivista (yummy!)

we had dinner at Mama Lombardi's on Saturday night, went to see Sideways and then Sunday went looking at open houses

Hey! Is that on 46th, between 8th & 9th? I think I was right there on Fri night! cool!
