2 really silly invite questions...

I am inviting a bunch of couples that are either engaged or long time couples. How do I send there invites if the don't live together. Separate or to one with both names... In all cases I am friends with one and sortof know the other...
Also do you write out the state or abbreviate?
I know I'm early yet but am starting the address list and sending STD's now.
Thanks brides

I'm sending it to the person in the relationship that I know the best with both of their names on it. I'm spelling out the state

Re: 2 really silly invite questions...

When my friend invited FH and I to her wedding she put both our names on the invite. one on top of the other. I liked the way it looked. She also had the state spelled out,

That sounds right, you could also just address the outer envelope of the actual invite to the person you know best and then on the inner envelope address it

Mr. Smith and Ms. Jones
