Hi girls

My husband and I have a one bedroom second-floor apartment for rent in the village of Lindenhurst. Some of the features:

Newly Renovated (Painted and Carpeted)
Beautifully Tiled Full Bathroom
Lots of Closet Space
Living Room/Kitchenette Combo
Air Conditioning
Very Bright and Sunny -- lots of Windows & a skylight
Within Walking Distance of LIRR
Offstreet Parking (driveway)
Semi-Private Entrance

Rent is $1,100 including heat, electric, and basic cable. A/C in $25 extra per month in summer. Premium Cable is $40 each per month. Optonline available at extra cost also.

My parents live right on East John Street 2 blocks from the high school, where I grew up!

I have lived in Lindenhurst since I was 2! Just moved to CT about 5 years ago.

My husband and I are Lindenhurst Newbies. We only just bought our house in the village in September 2003. But we love it! I just wish that the community could do more to improve the Main Street Town feel like in Huntington or Babylon.

We live in Lindenhurst too...Good luck with the apt. Any lookers? Sounds like a good rpice with gas/electric and cable. Is it a private entrance?

We only pay $1025 though for an apartment complex, and we have a huge 1 bedroom with full dining room and full EIK . Im guessing with the added utilities you shouldnt have a problem getting that..

Do you have any pics?

We just moved to Lindenhurst also in April. We're down off Montauk Hwy though, in the Venetian Shores area. We're renting too & we LOVE it here. In 2 years we're definitely going to be house hunting here.

Let me speak to FH b/c I know he had a friend that was looking.

We should have a Lindenhurst GTG!!!!!!!!

Hi!

As the current tenant of Amy and her DH - let me just add that they are really, truly, wonderful landlords - anyone would be lucky to live there! (I just had to add a plug). Believe me, it's a great apartment, and it will serve any newlywed couple well. My DH and I know its a great space b/c, even though we're going to better things, we're still sad about about leaving!

And, I like the idea of a Lindenhurst GTG - it's a great little town!
