Can you try the food the first time you look

Can you try the food the first time you look at catering hall? We are planning on looking at Westbury Manor and North Ritz this weekend --do we have to schedule a food tasting for a different day?

usually, if you like the place, they tell you to come back on a different day for the food tasting.

Westbury Manor doesn't do tastings (as far as I know) -- but you can make a reservation at the restuarant. Make sure they know that you are looking to have a wedding there.

most places i heard you have to schedule a food tasting. when we went to larkfield manor and the BM saw our interest, he told us to come back that night with our parents for the food tasting. im glad we did cause the food was amazing!

At Georgios they invited us to have dinner on them in the restaurant while we were there... but we ended up having to pay for it... we explained to the waitress we were looking for a wedding and she said we still pay... the next day we got a call from them saying we shouldnt have paid and that they will send us a check to reimburse... never got a check... so just be careful!
