Help needed with gift for a new mom

Hello ladies, my girlfriend just had a baby and i wanted to get her a nice gift...i was thinking something like thisred envelope

any other ideas??

I think that is great! My friend had a cute pendant necklace that was a silver bottle. So cute.

that's nice. i have a sculpture that looks like that although it could also be a couple and not just a parent and child. very symbolic.

can i make another suggestion?

maybe a g/c for a pedicure or a neck massage? i mention those b/c a new mom doesn't really get to feel pampered and after having a baby, her body may need some 'updating' if you know what i mean

Hey..thanks..pampering is a good idea too..I was a little hesitant because she had a compliaction from the labor and i am not sure if a massage would be ok right now...but it is somehitng she could use sometime and there are other things too.

Note: The pampering gift is most useful if it comes with an offer to babysit!
