my friend's parents are selling their home - island trees school district

she jusy emailed me. i havent been there in years, but she said they have updated a bunch of things.

its going now for 419K for friends and friends of friends (thats you guys!) its 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, full finished basement.
