I hear ya. I got a 5% which sounds good but the jack@#4 that sits next to me and does NOTHING gets paid the same amount. I should make more!

as of now i get paid every week
but come april they changed it to every 2
i do not know how im going to survive i always got paid every week

This is the average raise for me too. I certainly wouldn't be complaining about an extra $120 bucks a month!

I just posted something really similar on NWR. I've just been offered a new position - basically a promotion - with a pay increase of about about $130 a month before taxes!!
It's basically going from an entry level position, which I was grossly overqualified for, to a second job, which I'm pretty much over qualified for as well! I have almost 7 years experience!!

Sorry to hear that! I am sure I will be saying the same thing when my raise and review are done....PS my anniversary date at work was Oct 15, no review or raise yet?!?! ***!!! Gotta love work!

I just got a paycut so I definately know how you feel! California schools are in the toilet- my district is $50000000 in the hole, they upped our medical costs so now I have to pay $50 a month more out of my pocket, they cut afterschool club funding so I am expected to continue teaching my yoga class every Tuesday for the kids FOR FREE!, so believe me I feel your pain. The March cuts are costing me about a total of $125 take home pay a MONTH!!!! By June that is the cost of my invitations.
