Inexpensive Hair and Nail salons

I am in a wedding in 3 weeks and am looking for an inexpensive place to have silk wraps and my hair done. Any recommendations? I live in Farmingville and am traveling west to Brooklyn for the wedding so it doesn't matter where it is.
