Secrets Punta Cana or Couple Swept Away

My FH and I are having a hard time choosing between the two any advice?

We went to Couples Swept Away for our HM in Nov. '04! We LOVED it! It was great--everything included, including excursions. We snorkeled, cliff dove, went on glass bottom boat rides...There were 6 or 7 restaurants, all with amazing food...They brought you wet towels and fruit kabobs when we were laying on the beach...And the staff were so nice! We can't wait to go back. Secrets was cheaper, but I had heard amazing things about Couples and we weren't disappointed. It's a more laid-back place than Sandals, without the flashy color schemes.

we went to Secrets in June, and it was beautiful. clean, and great service. The food isn't so great....but it's still good. I've heard the food in DR isn't very good period.

The beach is gorgeous, and snorkeling was included...some other beach sports as well. But, we had to pay extra for some excursions like scuba and snorkeling with sting rays and nurse sharks. (which was beautiful)

Fh and I went to secrets in May, and we LOVED it!!!!! The place was beautful...I liked the food (although we only ate the same 2 things everynight, we are picky eaters) and I saw all the nice things they did for honeymooners... When I was working in travel people always raved about secerets..hence why we chose to go.. It was great
