Florists... Im thinking of doing my own floral centerpieces. Am I crazy??

Im thinking of doing my own floral centerpieces. Am I crazy?? I will have a lot of help. There are so many ladies who are just begging to help. I need to save $$, so Im thinking of doing my own centerpieces. I am considering buying roses in bulk from Sams club and then putting them in a clear vase on the table. I have plenty of room to store them in an air conditioned garage. Im going to leave a few leaves on until the dy of, then strip them and stuff them in. Am I CRAZY? Also, I am looking for a florist to do the rest of the wedding, such as bouquets etc.... The wedding will be 7/23 or 7/30 in Belle Terre Port Jeff in a backyard. Can you FM me your websites if you have any? Im interested mainly in pink roses....
