NEED AN UPDATED REVIEW OF DUET, PLEASE!

Okay, we met with Duet on Sat, and loved their work. I'm torn between them and another company that is a lot more expensive. I have heard some mixed reviews about proofs not being turned around in time, and not enough posed traditional shots (I want a combination of both that and B/W photojournalism). Also concerned about the language barrier. Any past brides out there who can give an updated review? Any info is appreciated!
