Limo's and bus needed

Hello

I am looking for some assistance in trying to figure out how to handle my big day. I figure we will need the limo's it for about 2 1/2- 3hrs to get there including picture taking. Then we are also looking for rides home for everyone.

First situation is that I will need 2 limo's for Westbury Long Island and 2 limo's for Staten Island.

Long Island Limo's-
1 Limo - Caddy DTC or ESCALADE - will be for about 9 people including the bride. This Limo needs to be ready for 4 PM to take pictures elsewhere and then get to Russo's about 6 PM.

2nd Limo will need to leave long Island around 5PM or so to be at Russo's by 6 PM. This limo wil contains Mom's and Dad's. This Limo may need to make a second stop/pick up in Brooklyn. This will be for about 8 people.

Staten Island Limo's

1 Limo- Caddy DTC or ESCALADE - will be for about 9 people including the groom. This Limo needs to be ready for 4 PM to take pictures elsewhere and then get to Russo's about 6 PM.

2nd Limo will need to leave Staten Island around 5PM or so to be at Russo's by 6 PM. This limo wil contains Mom's and Dad's and will be for about 8 people.

Bus - In addition to the Limo's - I am looking for some sort of bus to transport 20 people from Long Island to Russo's. All being picked up from the same spot.

COMING HOME
I will need some sort of bus for say about 32 people transported back to Long Island and
another bus or something for 13 people to go to Staten Island.
