Two Florists???????

Our ceremony is in our Church in Brooklyn, and our reception is at Fox Hollow in Long Island. Would you suggest having two different florists? One for the boq/bot/corsages/church and one for just the reception site?

Re: Two Florists???????

I would say no, use 1.

My ceremony is going to be in Queens and the reception in Mineola.

Just need to find the 'right' florist who will acoomodate you. A good florist will not even question it.

A coworker of mine was married in Brooklyn, reception was at Manor East (Massapequa) and the florist was in Lindenhurst!

Re: Two Florists???????

I think you should use one. You'll probably get a better deal by using 1 florist for both the ceremony and reception flowers too!

Re: Two Florists???????

my church is at the end of queens and my reception is in nassau county.

I'm probably using two florists. My first choice florist wouldn't guarantee that they'd deliver my bks on time, so I decided to find a closer florist.

I was MOH in a wedding in which the personal flowers were late and the bride still harps on how she felt it was awful that she had to take some pics w/o flowers.

Re: Two Florists???????

I would use one. All florist will travel to wherever your church and reception is.
