I've decided not go with traditional favor. Im opting for an edible favor. So help me decide!
Mini pies - Apple, pumpkin, chocolate mousse
or
Cookies - chocolate chip, sugar, oatmeal

I did pie! keep in mind that you won't be able to do chocolate mousse b/c it needs to be refrigerated.

I voted for pies - I think that if you are having a fall themed wedding that mini pies fit perfectly with that theme.

We just decided we are going to the apple pies as our favor. Such a cute idea!!!!! Love it!
We are looking onto it to make sure its not insanely expensive.

I am doing apple pie so I vote for pie. Cookies are cute too. Thanks to am470 for the idea. Loved it when I first heard it. Any pics of the pies from the wedding Andrea?

How about candy apples? You can dip the bottoms in sprinkles or chocolate chips in your colors maybe? Or even maybe put your monogram on them?
Whoops! Other ideas for PIE FLAVORS. My mistake! (but I still think thecandy apples would be cute!)

This is the only picture I had. Oheka set them up on the table during the party. That is the picture of the table before the boxes were placed on it. I had special labels made. I had pecan, triple berry, and peach pie. I was supposed to have strawberry rhubarb instead of peach, but because of all of the hurricanes there was no rhubarb to be found on long island. I got them from the best bakery: Diane's in Roslyn. They were $8-9 each.
I think the guests liked them. People told me that they wished they took two. I also gave them to the people who worked at Oheka for their help at the wedding.

They look beautiful. What did you end up writing on the label? I remember a long time ago you were thinking of things to write on the label. I am thinking I am going to write "sweet beginnings" with our names or maybe just our monogram.
