Anyone know of an alternative to 3hr glucose test?

Anyone know of an alternative to 3hr glucose test?
My friend failed her 1hr glucose test so when she went back for her 3hr test she wound up passing out!
She's ok but they weren't able to finish the test obviously. The doctor said he wasn't going to make her fast again he'll try something else. Does anyone know how else to test for GD?
