Going to meet w/ a photographer, what questions should I ask?

I am trying to think about important questions to ask...besides rates and availability, which is all that is on my mind right now. Anything specific I should ask to make sure things are on the up and up?

Off the top of my head:
How many hours your package includes
How many proofs will you get back, do they say proofs or the co. name on them
Will you get to keep negatives
How long will it take for you to get all the pics / albums back
Will you get photojournalistic and traditional style pics

How many photographers does the package include? Some places charge extra for an assistant or 2nd photographer.

Do they shoot digital or film? Ours shoots both. Digital for color photos and film for black and white. (I wouldn't have thought of this one, I think I read it on another post a while ago.)

Are engagement photos included in the package? If so, how many photos do they take? Do you get to keep the negatives? Will the photographer who shoots you for the e-pics be the same photographer on your wedding day?
