Need cute idea to send a friend before her shower

Did anyone get something sent to them from an out of town guest-other than a registry gift?
My girlfriend is getting married in CA & her shower in CA is this weekend. I will be hosting a shower for her in NY in May and will give her presents there.
I'd like to send her a little something from me so she can get it before her shower.
Any ideas?????
