Limo - Question & Quote

I'm confused as to who/when everything happens in regards to the Limo. Here's some info on our wedding.

Sunday April 30, 2006
FI & GM getting ready at FI's home - Marine Park, Brooklyn
BM's, Mom & I getting ready at my home - Bensonhurst, Brooklyn
Ceremony - 3pm: Brooklyn Heights
Reception - 7pm: Long Island (Woodbury)

List of folks in Limos
-Me & FI
-4 parents
-Grandmother
-10 Bridal party adults
-10 other adults

Typically I'd like to assume that two seperate limos will pick up from the prep homes to take us to the church, then a luxury (Royce/Bentley,etc) pick up FI & I from the church to take us to the reception, and the other folks will split into the two other limos. So, a total of 3 will be required (1 Royce/Bentley, 2 14 Passengers) We won't need anything going home b/c we're all staying at the hotel next door to the site.

How long will I need the limos for? What are your packages/prices? Is this the way it's supposed to work?
