Cloegirl....Chicken cutlet recipe just for you!!!

You will never want them the old way ever again! Bread them as usual with egg and seasoned bread crumbs. Saute chopped up garlic in Olive Oil....until tender, not burned. Then fry cutlets while squeezing lemon on them....ok to use alot of lemons or add more garlic(chopped up) if you want. Let me know how it turns out. Unless you hate garlic or something - you should love these!Enjoy!
