Wedding Funny - The Perfect Dress

THE PERFECT DRESS

Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching. Nothing could dampen her excitement.

Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear to the wedding and would be the best dressed mother-of-the-bride ever!

A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new young wife had bought the exact same dress as Jennifer's mom!

Jennifer asked her father's new wife to exchange it,

but she refused.
'Absolutely not! I look like a million bucks in this dress, and I'm wearing it,' she replied.

Jennifer then told her mother who graciously said,

'Never mind, Sweetheart. I'll get another dress.

After all, it's your special day.'

A few days later, Jennifer and her mom went shopping and did find another gorgeous dress.

When they stopped for lunch, Jennifer asked her mother, 'Are you going to return the original dress? You really don't have another occasion where you could wear it.'

Her mom just smiled and replied,

'Of course I do, dear.... I'm wearing it to the

rehearsal dinner!'

Now, I ask you - What woman wouldn't love this story!

When my cousin got married she purchased a cute sundress to wear at the brunch in the day after the wedding....well one of her cousins bought the same dress to wear at the brunch also. She didnt care that the bride was going to wear this dress....so the bride found a different dress because she didn't want to fight anymore...so each of of us bridemaids and bride wore the sundress in different colors to the rehersal dinner instead. Everyone knew we planned it, and the difficult cousin who wouldn't wear something else to the brunch look like old news that morning
