anyone have any gift ideas for a 50th anniversary?

a friend at work asked me to come up with something for her first cousins' 50th....

most common gift at my Grandparents' 40th ann. party was a GC to a restaurant. They got tons of those, and didn't like several of the places.

Another more creative gift was a GC for a night's stay in a hotel (it was for a chain, like holiday inn, so they could use it anywhere.) The GC was in a basket with wine and glasses and chocolates.

We (the grandchildren) bought them an embroidered blanket with their names, wedding date, anniversary date on it. They love it and use it all the time on the couch!

I think we ordered the blanket from Things Remembered. It was several years ago, and I'm pretty sure it was under $50, including the embroidery.
