South Beach diet has frozen meals now at the supermarket
Well, they have them at my supermarket here in VA anyways.
I bought a couple and they're pretty good! They have about 300 calories and 30g of protein.

Well, my supermarket is a regular one (kinda! it's better than your average supermarket. I'm totally in love with this place  )
