I don't think it is much for me, but I have heard people at my WW meeting say it can go as high as 5 lb. for them. Someone also told me they gained 5 lbs. from eating chinese food the day beofre weigh in

Thank God

I was convinced that it was me. So maybe if Im lucky it was because of my period I only lost.6 last week and tommorow I'll have a normal weight loss.

I was just saying I gained 3 pds. this month when I got it and now it's gone. I hate that bloated feeling!

i never noticed until i started getting weighed in at WW..when i get my period i gain like 2 1/2 pounds..i lose every week until that week..and my instructor is always like oh this is your time of month!!...(would i consider her an instructor

) or a leader?? i dont know what they are called..anyway..blah blah

Well here we are again and I have to weigh in Wednesday and it's never good the week before it comes. But the week after boy is it nice to get on the scale.
