The bad news is just flowing in today!!! WE ARE LEAVING IN 10 MINUTES FOR CONNETICUIT
First, my dad calls me to tell me my uncle is in the hspital again. But this time they have come to a conclusion, He needs a heart transplant. He had heart problems most of his life and was doing really good for a long time and now all of a sudden two months ago he was in the hospital because his kidneys were shutting down, they put him on dialysis and he was doing ok. Now he was admitted the other day with his heart and he needs a transplant. My poor uncle. He is the most lovable guy in the world.Then, we just got a phone call from DH's sister. I posted a while back how they received a call from his estranged mothers family saying she was dying. Well, she is on her way out and her husband called frantically today asking that her kids please hurry and come before it is too late. My DH didn't want to go because of all the things she did to him and his sisters as children and because she told them she never wanted to see them again. Well, I am I guess you could say new to the family, and have only heard bits and pieces of things she did to them all. But I tried putting those bits and pieces that I have learned together for DH tonight. And he agreed with everything I was saying about how things had gotten to where they did with his mother. It is a long complicated thing, and would take a year for me to explain it all. But anyway, I told him again, my feelings that he should go to Conneticuit tonight, with his sisters (who left a little while ago) to make peace for themselves and their mother and to be there with his sisters who are having a tough time with this. So I have a feeling we will be leaving for Conneticuit in a few hours.
So if you could keep my uncle and DH and the family in your prayers I would appreciate it! Thanks!!

my prayers are with your uncle i hope he makes a speedy recovery! and for you Dh's mother who is on her way out i am sorry to hear that my prayers and thoughts are with you both!

We are leaving in 10 minutes. DH just spoke to his sister and he wants to go. I am all of a sudden very nervous. I have never met this woman and I am going to meet her now, on her death bed. I am scared!!
