im in the same boat and i have until tuesday. i want to start so i get it back quicker

there are a ton of great songs...its just trying to picture it with the music...it needs to be perfect and timeless

Yeah it's hard! Did your videographer give you any suggestions, like you need to pick a certain type of song for the opening, a certain type of song for the cocktail hour, etc?
That will help you a little.......

Our video guy prefers to do his own choices...and We let him do a lot of it. We only picked the picture montage at beginning song and the re-cap song ( b/c he normally does the first dance song at that part and we didnt feel it fit). He did a GREAT job of picking music, so ask them for advice, they will tell you what tempo music and stuff is best for each segment.

We let our videographer pick out the songs -- it was one less thing to do

And there song selections were great! I love them all.

i have a TON of music on my drive & cd's so it jsut getting the right one....

I started getting crazy over too, and then I just said forget it, I was not gonna watch it a million times, and I couldnt get crazied AFTER the wedding over something else. I would really ask them for lots of suggestions though, because unless you have seen the video its hard to know how they will frame things. Some songs sound silly if the tempo is faster then the movement on the video. ITs a tricky thing. Narrow down your preferences, but like many have suggested, you have to trust your videographer as well.

Oh I KNOW! It's like torture! There are too many to choose from. Let us know if we can help you pick! I'm so happy with the songs that I picked - they sound great in the video!
