NWR: Ran a Race this morning and won a medal!!

hehe...i used to be a big runner, but im outta shape now. my FSIL and another friend and I ran a 5K at Jones Beach this morning though and two of us one medals for our age group! I came in third. hehe I totally wasnt expecting too and was really just jogging but hey, that's cool! it was so beautiful to be out running along the ocean too. we ran along the board walk at jones beach. we couldn't have asked for a more perfect morning GO ME!

My friends ran the Oyster Bay mini-Triathalon a few years ago and I was in awe of them!!!
