The SUNY Farmingdale Horticulture gardens for PICS

$250 dollars to take pictures there are they crazy or am I crazy and that is the going rate to take pics at certain places.

I wanted to go there because it seemed closer than going out to the Aboretum in Oakdale but after I found out the price

I said looks like we will be heading out to the Aboretum

I mean the drive is not that bad maybe a 10 to 15 minute diffrence than going to the Gardens at Suny Farmingdale College.

Dowling College in Oakdale wants $100 for picks... I've been told it's to cover the insurance in case someone falls and sues the location

Old Westbury Gardens is around that price to take pictures -
I don't know what the SUNY Farmingdale gardens look like, but OWG is beautiful and we felt worth the money

OWG actually depend on two things, how long you stay and what time you leave ...big difference for 12:00 formal shots till 6:00 pm

Well we would actually be there for like a hour and half to 2 hours tops because the reception starts at 7:00 ceramony is at 5:30. You figure 30 minute ceromony get in the limo head there arrive by like 6:15 and then what a hour and half for pictures at $250 dollars it is just not worth it for me!
