Response Card- How hard is it to just send them!

I'm soooo pissed. Tomorrow's my RSVP for my e-party. Starting w/ mind- my close family who I know for a fact are going to come don't mail in the response card, but just say they are coming. Then his close friends and a few family members on his side- same thing. What the hell. There's a response card for a certain reason. Guess who also has not responded- MY FIANCE and his immediate family! My God. My mother said it's appropriate to mail an invitation to his house and all. So mail me my response card.

I think I may be over-reacting, but I'm just frustrated w/ how people think.

And this is only an e-party! Oh joy planning the wedding!

I think families get lazy with the RSVP card- they think that since they told you verbally, they don't have to send it in. Don't they know that getting those little envelopes in the mail makes us happy?!!

Aw, I'm so sorry you're getting responses like that. It really stinks, I mean you paid for the stamp they might as well use it! Some people just don't understand how much joy we get out of seeing our mailboxes filled with stuff we actually want!

Dont be to upset. I sent out 110 invites and I only received 70 RSVP's i guess that is ok though. I didnt want everyone to show up anyway.

Your family is like mine,,WE have to call them to get an RSVP,,you think they understand that they have to return the RSVP card or call?? NO!!!

It is more of a headache than anything else...Then you get,'of course I am coming,,I dont need to tell you that'..

It's too much. So today was my response date DEADLINE and only two came in...lol...I think I have a few more idiots who have to respond, most of whom are family and I know they are coming because they have verbally said so. I swear I feel like going to each house and collecting my response card!



It's so true. I get so excited getting these stupied response cards. So far only two 'NO'RSVP's total. Luckily, most of my cousins aren't bringing there kids which I'm so happy about. Tomorrow I'm going dress hunting w/ my mom. I better get a dress tomorrow for my e-party. I'm driving everyone nuts, including myself.
Shoot me now...lol.


By the way, Italian families are great. Even when a person keeps silent- your still suppose to know that they are coming. Yeah, by the way I just learned how to read minds...
