Ordering invites online vs. in person
What is the difference of ordering invites online or going through a person?? Is it cheaper to order online? Has anyone checked out both options, used one versus another?? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! If you already ordered yours, which did you do and why?

Re: Ordering invites online vs. in person
I ordered mine in person because everytime I like one in a catalog or online I ordered a sample and I was dissapointed. So I went and ordered them in person.

Re: Ordering invites online vs. in person
I ordered them in person...I just felt more comfortable just in case there was a problem I didn't have to deal with someone over the phone in god only knows where. I love the peopel that I got mine from they are really great & I found them to be very helpful. I ordered them on March 23rd and I have the rehersal dinner invitations already & that was just b/c I took so long to look over the proof. I don't know how much you can save--it really depends on teh inivation. I have seen my invitation online for alot more money than I paid but it could be different w/ other invitations.

Re: Ordering invites online vs. in person
I ordered my invites online from now-and-forever.com and I love them. The only thing is that you have to make sure your order is exactly what you want. If you change your mind (ink color, paper, wording, etc.) you end up paying a surcharge and that may delay your order.
Online you will find discounts on the most expensive invitations, so I would consider getting them online as long as you know exactly what you want.

Re: Ordering invites online vs. in person
I ordered my invites from now-and-forever too. I LOVE them. I saved a couple hundred dollars even with the discount the 'in person' place was going to give me. Plus, the layout now-and-forever was giving me was a lot better than the in person place. The wording was centered from now-and-forever and with the in person place they could only guarantee the wording to go diagonal right to left! (?!?!?!?!) That would have looked ridiculous!

we did it in person. fh felt better that way. in case something was wrong, it would be easier for the store to fix

I had been ordering samples for months thinking that I was going to order them online...but I'm so happy I didn't, because my vendor had so many more options and suggestions for me!

Re: Ordering invites online vs. in person
I was going to order online without seeing the invite first, then I went to a store. I saw what I was going to order, and it was nothing like I thought it would be.I ended up ordering something completly different
