Anyone have the ww slider??

If so..can you look up to see how many pts this is:
I got chicken fried rice from trader joe's which was soo good but I don't know how many pts I just had.
CALORIES 150
FAT 2G
FIBER 1

I find this site useful. It has the formula that weight watchers uses in order to determine point values.
