Your Albums, Video and Portraits

Can anyone tell me how long it took to get your albums back and your portrait pictures (8x10's, 11x14's, etc.) after you went to put them together. I went in December to put them together and still have not heard from them. Also, did the video the same time and have not heard anything on that too....does it take longer then this???

I don't want to call if its way too early. I would like some portraits back since i have beautiful frames waiting for them.

I went in the end of February & I was told it would take 3 months for the prints & at that time we could pick them up & approve the prints that are goign into teh album. I think the binding takes an additional month, but I dont' have them back yet, so these are jsut the time frames the company told me.

When I ordered portraits and album (which was in Oct) they told me about 12 weeks and 11-12 months for my album. My videographer also told me 10-12 weeks and I got it within that time frame.

My 10x10 Album and Video took about 3 months and my 16x20 Portrait is taking about 2 weeks.

My prints took 2 months after I picked them out and the album is supposed to be 4 months (will get it in May, hopefully!)

my photographer said 12-16 weeks for the prints/album, and 3 months for the video

Our Video came in in 5 days! But our photgrapher is family and used someone he knew, I think he rushed it...
