Went to the Sand Castle to do the menu for my e-party!!!

Ahhhh, I can't wait. I'm so excited. We went over everything. Let me tell you- the Sand Castle definitely gives you what you pay for- plus more. Ohhhh, and we selected a cake- chocolate w/ rasberry and we are doing the staircase cake rather than the typical square cake. It's so beautiful. There's really so much planning that goes into a party. The Sand Castle also gave us some homework to do regarding seating arrangements, etc. Fun, fun, fun.

I was just wondering from past SC brides/ guests, etc.-do kids also get the salad, the pasta, the appetizer too? I gotta ask and make sure. They probably do, but I just wanna be sure. Oh, they also said they are doing the champage/strawberries and hot towels. I love the SC already. AHHHHHHHHHHHH 17 days till my e-party and then to Mexico I go.....I can't wait. I'm so excited. Don't mind me-I just had to share.

Yes...If I'm so excited right now, I'm gonna go nuts for my wedding. I love the Sand Castle- they are soooooo great. Thanks for that info.

just curious since we all say how the word 'wedding ' bumps up the price of vendors but is the sandcastle charging less per person for an e-party than for a wedding???

To be honest. I think it depends on what you get and what day you are hosting the party. Overall, I think they kind of probably charge around the same thing. That's a good questions though.

ETA- Come to think of it when I went w/ my mom shopping for my dress she told me not to say that it was for my e-party....it's so true. Every single time I'd open my big mouth, guess where the sales people would direct me..to the most expensive dresses- go figure....AND all of them said to me, 'it's your night, you have to stand out...you need something fancy'....Beware...I guess there's no way to hide the fact that your buying a wedding dress I guess...lol
