Engaged Encounter Weekend - PreCana

Has anyone done the overnight Pre-Cana? We are going this wkend and wanted to know what to expect.

I did the Engaged Encounter. I have to say, FH and I loved it. Neither of us are very religious, and of course went in thinking that we had talked about everything in creation, but that weekend brought us even closer than we had been, and overall I found it to be a truly wonderful expereince. I am so happy we did it. Totally worth it in my opinion.

Yeah we are looking forward to the experience...and at the very least it takes us away from all the wedding/househunting stress for a weekend!

we went to an engaged encounter weekend and absolutely loved it...we recommend it to all engaged couples...you spend a lot of time talking and discussing with your fiancee different things and issues after reflecting upon them by yourself .... you dont have to share with the group and your discussions can go wherever you want them to go...it was definitely a positive experience...good luck
