Birth control and getting pregnant

Hi ladies, I'm not TTC, but I must admit that I do lurk on these boards for when we start TTc. My question is, can you get pregnant if you came off the pill, right after you had your period? Let me clarify: Had my period last week, was supposed to start pill last sunday, and didn't. Had sex Sunday night. Would it have been possible to get pregnant cause I didn't take the pill? And would I be experiencing pg symptoms 10 days later? I never did start the pill this month, so I have to wait for my next AF. I'm very crampy, and I felt like I was going to faint today. I almost threw up. I have also been sooo tired. What do you think?

Re: Birth control and getting pregnant

Technically, you can ovulate...at anytime during your cycle....you are least fertile during your 'period'=af.....After your your 'period/af' is over, you have a greater chance of ovulating....I once ovulated.....just 5 days after AF. Some women ovulate during their period.
