Brides with Shoulder Length Hair

Please help. What did you/are you doing with your hair. I keep choosing updos and then get told that I don't have enough hair to do them, so I think I need suggestions of actual workable dos that I can choose from. Thanks so much. Am getting very frustrated to not have settled on a style yet.

I don't have pics to offer unfortunately but who told you you don't have enough hair?? There are ways they do updos for girls with chin length hair!

My friend had shorter than shoulder lenght...they did this awesome thing where her hair had a side part and they pinned all the hair in the back in diff. twists and what not...seemed like she started with really long hair!

I will try to find pics for you but don't get discouraged..there are so many awesome things they can do

Thanks, I'm trying to keep the faith that there is something out there, but it's starting to get close.

You could always have the stylist add extensions the day of so you have more hair to work with. They're not permanent, they just put them in your updo and you can take them out after.

im in a similar situation. i am desperately trying to grow my hair for the day off. my hair dresser also said if it's not long enough to do what i want by then that she'd put a few extensions in. I've always had should length or shorter hair though and have never had a problem with the hair dresser finding some way to put it up and make it look really nice! dont worry

I'm sure you're right. Who are you using? You mentioned yours is not quite long enought to do what you want. What style is it that you want?

It's funny because people keep referring me to the short hair bio which of course has women with seriously short hair which makes me feel silly for having grown it out because they all have beautiful styles, but their hair is really short. Whatever happens, I will try not to be tempted into cutting it beforehand. it's taken too long to get to this point.
