If you live in a house - call Animal Control and let them know. I have the same problem with a neighbor - the minute they go out, their puppy barks for HOURS!!!! I wrote a letter to our board, but so far it hasn't done any good.

i really feel bad doing this though but at the same time i CANTTTTTTTTT stand this noise anymore
