Invite Etiquette

This came up last night as addressing Mother's day cards but it made me think, so I wanted your opinion.

If you are mailing a letter to a widow is she still Mrs?

TIA

Shandra

Re: Invite Etiquette

That's what I thought, but FH and I were going back and forth on it.

Thanks again

Re: Invite Etiquette

I still put Mrs. on my Mom's cards when I mail them. I think she'd actually be upset if I didn't. As far as she's concerned she's still married.

My sister was SO upset when someone mailed her an invite 3 months after her husband death and it said MISS.
