Holiday Inn question

I am getting married at the Watermill and not from the area... Does anyone know which Holiday Inn is closer - Hauppauge or Stony Brook?? When I called both, they said they are equal distance... Thanks!!!

I know that they are both really close but I am not sure if both or just one of them provide shuttle service to the watermill when you book a certain amt of rooms. When I was looking though I decided not to go with them b/c they were expensive compared to the Windam Windwatch now the Hyatt and FH & I just got vans from our limo company to provide transportation. I just didn't want my guests to pay so much money. JMO.

Also I think the one in Hauppague is the one that is at the Watermill showcases.

The one in Stony Brook is closer. It's on 347 going East about 5 miles. The Hauppague one is off the LIE on the service road. I know for sure that the Stony Brook hotel offers shuttle service to/from the Watermill, but I'm not sure about Hauppague.

We're actually staying at Stony Brook the night of our wedding in one of the jacuzzi rooms and we're getting married at the Watermill too.

drop watermill and the adress of each of the hotels into mapquest

you will at least get the distance

if they are both around the same

1)see who offers shuttle (I know the SB one does)
2) price ( SB quote me 149 bucks for feb.)
3) age of actual hotel/latest renovation

I have been to both and teh one in hauppauge is so much nicer, i used the one in hauppauge.

My guests are staying at the hauppauge Holiday Inn...they are doing the shuttle service for us.

I picked the hauppauge one becase its off the LIE and closer to the Airport and Ronkonkoma train station.
