apartments in Long Beach..any info?

went looking in long beach....saw a few nice things...but feeling pressure for a july move in date. Found one nice one in the Boardwalk Apartment Building on Shore Road. Does anyone have info on that building? do you know of any one bedrooms available?! Figured id ask :)
