What do you think of this wedding gift for parents?

What do you think of this wedding gift for parents?

My parents are paying for our wedding and every year they usually rent a beach house on Fire Island...They love it there...They are not doing it this year because of the wedding expenses so I was thinking of telling them at the rehearsal dinner that we are renting it for them next summer...What do you all think? We are also giving them their parents photo album.

Wow, that's a very generous gift! If you guys can afford it, then I say go for it! If they do it every summer then I'm sure they'll love it!
