I asked mine the night I got engaged. I was too excited to wait, plus I had my bridal party all picked out before I was even engaged!!!

So they kinda knew already!

Asked my bridal party with chocolate covered fortune cookies. I had the fortune read 'will you be my bridesmaid and meet me at the end of the aisle?' I took them out to lunch/dinner and gave them the surprise 'dessert' at the end.

My MOH I asked when I called her to tell her I was engaged. She's my brother's girlfriend and I wanted to let her know from the start that she was family and would be included.

My two local BMs assumed the position.

One in London I did over instant messenger because that's how we communicate. The other in London, I called and the other out-of-state I called.

I gave them each a rose of their favorite color w/ the meaning of that color attached---it was cute--and teary-- LOL

Maid of honor I gave her a bouquet of yellow roses (its her favorite color) and asked her.

Flowergirl--I asked her mom (LOL)

Ring Bearer--We asked his parents (LOL)

The men.....were all asked very non-chalantly by FH--LOL

MOH- sent her a bouquet of a dozen multi colored roses with a card asking her...

BM- fh asked him out of nowhere- I guess guys are alot more relaxed

Me too. But, when we send out save the dates next month, I am also sending these cute cards that I bought at Advantage Bridal. They say 'Will you be my...' and I have one for maid of honor, best man, BM, GM, flowergirl and ringbearer. I figure I will write something to the girls, FH will write a message to the guys, and we'll both write something to the kids.
