Would love some suggestions...re: invites
Hi,Ok..this is getting ridiculous. I never have problems choosing things and invitations have been a nightmare. I don't like anything, and the samples I order end up looking flimsy and cheap. The thing is..I can't spend a fortune.
I would love an elegant, simple ivory colored invite...can anyone suggest somewhere online to look or show me pics of theirs?
Thanks in advance!!!!!

Re: Would love some suggestions...re: invites
have you tried PreciousCollection.com??Out of all of the Invitation catalog palces I found theirs to have the best quality as far as paper goes.
Why not try one of the vendors on this site? Go and sit down and look at some of the books of invitations.
The same thing happened with my SIL she got sick and tired of ordering invitation samples that looked so nice in the book and they would come and be super tiny or realy flimsy.

Have you gone to Party City and just flipped through all of their books? Thats what me and FH did to get an idea of styles and prices.

Thanks for the advice! I will check out both places...I think there may be a party city close to me, not sure. I didn't realize they carried wedding invites.

I 2nd the idea of going to Party City or a printing store that carries invites, I know Birch Craft Invites has some really nice simple invites. My cousin ordered a ivory translucent one from them and I thought they were really pretty!

Definately check out www.invitationsbydawn.com- not expensive but the paper quality is nice and heavy. People have said many positive comments about my invites and they were very plain.

I agree that you should look at what Party City has. One of my co-workers suggested looking there; I had no idea they had wedding invites. Previous to going to Party City, I fell in love with an invite from in-folio but can't justify the price. The wedding center in Commack has the same book & they discount the line so I may go back there. You may want see what they have too.Welcome New Vendors
